Plugin End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and payment of applicable fees, Delton Audio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use purchased plugins for your own personal or commercial audio production work.

Until paid sales are live, this EULA is published as advance notice of intended license terms.

2. License Scope

• Licenses are issued to your Delton Audio account and are for one end user unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may install on a reasonable number of devices you personally own or control for your workflow.
• Each license may be active on up to 3 devices at a time.
• If you activate on a new device after reaching the 3-device limit, the oldest existing activation may be removed automatically.
• You may use plugin output in commercial music and media productions.

3. Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, renting, sharing, or transfer of licenses/keys without our written permission.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, patching, or bypassing copy protection.
• No distribution of modified, cracked, or unauthorized copies.
• No sharing of account access or methods used to retrieve protected downloads.

4. Ownership

Plugins are licensed, not sold. Delton Audio and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in software, source/object code, interfaces, content, and branding.

5. Updates and Compatibility

We may release updates, fixes, or compatibility changes at our discretion. Compatibility across all DAWs, operating systems, hardware, and third-party plugin hosts is not guaranteed.

6. Third-Party Components

Plugins may include or depend on third-party components that are licensed under their own terms. Those terms remain applicable to those components.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop use and remove all plugin copies under your control.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, plugins are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delton Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from plugin use.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
