Refund Policy
Startup draft for pre-launch. This policy applies once paid sales are live.
1. Digital Product Notice
Delton Audio sells digital software licenses only. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Pre-Launch Status
As of the effective date, Delton Audio is in pre-launch and paid commercial sales are not yet live. This refund policy becomes operational when paid sales begin.
3. Refund Windows
- Paid orders: refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Free checkout / 100% discount orders: no monetary refund applies because no payment was collected.
4. Eligible Refund Cases (Paid Orders)
- Duplicate purchase of the same product for the same account.
- Technical defect preventing normal use after reasonable support troubleshooting.
- Accidental purchase reported promptly with no history of policy abuse.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests outside the stated window, unless required by applicable law.
- License abuse, account abuse, policy abuse, chargeback abuse, or ToS/EULA violations.
- Compatibility issues where system requirements were disclosed before purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@delton-audio.com with order ID, account email, purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Approved Refund Effects
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After refund approval, associated license and download entitlement may be revoked.
8. Processing Time
Refund posting time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days after approval.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy does not override mandatory legal rights in your jurisdiction. Where local consumer law grants additional rights, those rights apply.
