1. Current Status

Delton Audio is currently pre-launch. Features for account, checkout, and license delivery are being prepared; commercial sales are not yet live as of the effective date.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Delton Audio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our website, create an account, place orders, access plugin downloads, or contact support.

3. Data We Collect

Account data: username, email, and authentication/session information.
Order and license data: purchased product codes, pricing, discounts, and ownership records.
Payment and billing data required for checkout and tax compliance (processed by payment providers).
Technical and security data: IP address, device/browser details, error logs, and request metadata.
